Field Engineer (Arabic speaker)

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Field Engineer to join its International Services team. The role focuses on on‑site customer support for mission‑critical IT and radio systems across the AMEA region, ensuring optimal performance and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (web, mobile, middleware) to solve complex technical challenges.
• Provide high‑quality technical and operational support for mission‑critical IT and radio systems, meeting service level and KPI targets.
• Maintain system performance through incident and performance management processes.
• Work closely with Field Services Engineers and Technical Support Operations to adhere to SLAs.
• Manage the resource calendar and ensure all Maintenance Agreement deliverables are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with the Local Service Delivery Manager on contract deliverables and tasking.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss service availability, performance, and address inquiries.
• Plan, execute, and troubleshoot technical tasks according to established processes.

Required profile

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong background in on‑site customer support for IT and communications technologies.
• Ability to work independently and lead design and implementation efforts.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Commitment to meeting SLAs and delivering high‑quality service.
