Field Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Field Operations Supervisor will lead daily field activities for Botanica, a sustainability‑focused subsidiary of Red Sea Global. You will ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials while maintaining high standards of plant quality, site safety, and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations and site maintenance, keeping all areas organized, clean, safe, and functional.
• Manage routine tasks such as weeding, pruning, cleaning, irrigation support, and general upkeep.
• Monitor plant health, identify pest and disease issues, and coordinate corrective measures with relevant teams.
• Oversee inventory movements, including receipt, storage, and distribution of soil media and plant materials.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets and comply with company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in field operations, agriculture, or related environments.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate multiple operational tasks.
• Strong understanding of plant health, pest and disease management, and safe site practices.
• Capability to ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
