Field Quality Leader

About the role

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Field Quality Leader to drive quality improvements across its Gas Services value chain in Saudi Arabia. You will lead projects that reduce avoidable non‑conformance costs, enhance fleet reliability, and boost customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify systemic quality gaps and process inefficiencies to lower avoidable NCC.
• Deploy Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Investigate major fleet issues and customer complaints, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Analyze fleet data and customer feedback to spot emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops that promote preventive actions and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to highlight quality trends and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in field service operations and project execution.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment service and maintenance environments.
• Proven track record leading quality improvement programs and operational‑excellence projects.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
