Field Service Engineer – Customer Site Support

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure the operational efficiency of filling machine lines at customer sites in Saudi Arabia. The role involves performing service, maintenance and technical support to minimise downtime and maximise productivity for our clients in the aseptic food industry.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance and preventive inspections on filling machine lines at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, SOPs and escalation documents.
• Provide on‑site technical support and guidance to customer staff.
• Manage spare‑parts requirements and coordinate approvals.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, modifications and upgrades of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during all activities.
• Maintain strong communication with customers to understand needs and deliver proactive support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering preferred).
• 5‑6 years of experience in the aseptic or food‑processing sector, with a proven track record in field service.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on vocational experience and 3‑5 years of leadership experience in technical field operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong IT and diagnostic skills for machinery operation and maintenance.
