Finance Manager – Adrenaline Entertainment

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial operations for ADRENA, the adrenaline‑driven entertainment district of Red Sea Global. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure accurate budgeting, robust financial controls and insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance activities, including budgeting, reporting, reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and conduct variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operating expenditures, implement cost‑control initiatives and support capital‑expenditure planning.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Manage financial audits, respond to findings and maintain audit documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, procurement and vendor payments.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to aid management decisions.
• Supervise and develop finance team members.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing finance functions in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit processes.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience with responsibility for team development.
