Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the organization’s financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, treasury coordination, and strong financial controls. This role supports financial governance, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision‑making while driving continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and month‑end/year‑end closing.
• Prepare timely financial statements, management reports, analyses, and statutory filings in line with accounting standards.
• Develop and execute annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial planning while monitoring performance.
• Analyze results, cash flow, variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate treasury activities such as cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank reconciliations and working‑capital optimisation.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, collections and supplier/customer payments.
• Establish and monitor financial controls, policies, approval workflows and governance procedures.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses and financial evaluations for projects and investments.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Development, Contracts and Legal teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, zakat and corporate governance.
• Drive ERP optimisation, reporting automation and finance‑process improvements.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports and management reporting tools.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team.
