Finance Manager

About the role

FTG Development is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its Saudi Arabian operations. The role serves as the single finance control point for all KSA entities, reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer with dotted‑line links to the Group CFO and Chief Strategy Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles for all KSA entities and produce reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and coordinate external and internal audits.
• Design, implement and monitor internal control frameworks, accounting policies, chart of accounts and delegation of authority.
• Support consolidation and multi‑country reporting for the Regional Headquarters structure.
• Act as the financial control point for all project transactions, including IPC workings, certified revenue, billing, advance recovery and retention.
• Validate purchase orders, contract values and vendor invoices through three‑way matching.
• Maintain the project cost ledger, produce project P&L, cash forecasts, dashboards and exception reports.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, project account funding and bank payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi tax and Zakat regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with project finance, cost control and cash management.
• Ability to manage and develop a finance team covering project accounting, corporate reporting and finance operations.
