Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead our Accounts Payable and Vendor Management functions within the Controllership department. The role will own the end‑to‑end AP lifecycle, ensure payment accuracy, and maintain strong vendor relationships while complying with Saudi tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice matching, payment runs, and adherence to internal policies.
• Maintain vendor master data, handle inquiries and disputes, perform regular statement reconciliations, and support procurement negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and withholding tax, manage AP accruals, aging reports, and uphold internal controls to prevent fraud.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management and P2P processes.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or NetSuite and strong Excel modeling skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi VAT and withholding tax regulations.
