Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership and drive accounting strategies across the organisation. This senior position combines visionary oversight with hands‑on management of finance, accounting, auditing, reporting, legal and HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents, oversee all financial transactions and manage accounts receivable, payable and banking activities.
• Produce quarterly VAT returns, monthly excise returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA, Ministry of Finance and other local regulations.
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting to headquarters, including MIS, cash‑flow analysis and financial statements for the CEO and Group FC.
• Manage the annual audit process, budgeting, long‑range planning and financial modelling to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee HR tasks such as visa administration, payroll, contracts and Saudisation compliance.

Required profile

• Professional degree (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 5 years of corporate finance or accounting experience.
• Proven ability in financial modelling, budgeting, long‑term strategic planning and audit compliance.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong analytical and communication skills.
