About the role
Foreground is partnering with a leading retail and distribution group in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Finance Manager in Riyadh. The role oversees financial planning, reporting and compliance while supporting business growth and operational decision-making. It is a full-time on-site position.
Key responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, planning and analysis in line with company policies and IFRS.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategic priorities.
- Oversee internal controls, risk frameworks and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business units to evaluate performance, investments and cost efficiencies.
- Supervise finance teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and talent development.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in retail, distribution or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
