Finance Manager – Lead Finance Function

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, analytical and commercially‑minded Finance Manager to lead the finance function at Suliyan Trading Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role will shape financial strategy, provide clear visibility into performance and support executive decisions on growth and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s Finance and Accounting function, including reporting, periodic closing and financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash‑flow management.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Develop financial policies, internal controls, approval authorities and ensure tax compliance.
• Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries, projects and evaluate contracts, investments and expansion opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting for executive management.
• Lead, develop and improve the Finance and Accounting team and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7‑10 years of finance and accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning and cash‑flow management.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian accounting, internal controls and tax requirements.
• Experience leading finance teams in a diversified or group‑company environment (preferred).
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA or ACCA are a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
