Finance Manager - Multi-Property Hotels

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial operations of EWAA Hotels, a group of 80 properties across Saudi Arabia. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Jeddah and involves budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning for multiple hotel assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management across all hotel properties.
• Consolidate and standardise financial reporting to support senior‑management decision‑making.
• Monitor financial performance, provide strategic recommendations and strengthen internal controls for Finance, F&B, Procurement and Payroll.
• Manage CAPEX planning, investment evaluations and ensure strong ROI.
• Track and improve key hotel KPIs such as RevPAR, GOPPAR and Flow‑Through.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, VAT (15%) and Phase 2 E‑Invoicing.
• Oversee audits, reconciliations, financial governance and risk‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of hotel‑industry experience, with at least 5 years as a Finance Manager.
• Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple hotel properties.
• At least 5 years overseeing F&B, Procurement and Payroll financial controls.
• Experience in CAPEX project management and ROI evaluation.
• Hands‑on experience with ZATCA regulations, VAT and Phase 2 E‑Invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory, taxation and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and strategic planning abilities.
