Finance Manager – R&B Division (KSA)

About the role

The Finance Manager will work closely with the Country Manager to lead the annual business planning and budgeting process for the Retail & Brand (R&B) division in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that budget targets are realistic, ambitious, and aligned with actual market potential while monitoring ongoing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management information systems (MIS) for stakeholders.
• Analyse profit and loss (P&L) performance, highlight variances, and present findings to senior management.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new store openings, refurbishments, and closures, including breakeven analysis for under‑performing locations.
• Develop and present business plans and budgets for R&B stores, tracking profitability of new‑age concepts.
• Provide decision‑support analyses for expansion, brand launches, and market entry initiatives.
• Oversee stock report analysis and authorize movement of small wares and equipment in warehouses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance management, budgeting, and P&L analysis within a retail or similar environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to senior leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and support strategic decisions.
