Finance Officer – Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Officer to support the financial operations of a premium residential resort in North Riyadh. The role will ensure accurate record‑keeping, efficient transaction processing and assist the Finance Manager in delivering transparent, compliant reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, verify documentation, maintain vendor master files and coordinate payments with banking partners.
• Handle tenant invoicing, receipting, payment reconciliation, deposit management and support the collection team.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, perform regular reconciliations and prepare daily cash position reports.
• Reconcile utility invoices, meter readings and tenant rebilling calculations.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, budget variance reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations (VAT, e‑invoicing, WHT) and support statutory filing requirements.
• Coordinate with facilities contractors, property, leasing and operations teams on financial matters.
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits and uphold internal control procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate accounting, property finance or facilities‑management financial operations.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Experience in KSA or GCC property management preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.
• General ledger maintenance and transaction reconciliation.
• Property‑management systems such as Yardi or Yarn.
• Saudi Arabian tax compliance (VAT, e‑invoicing, WHT).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
