Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager (FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Business Partnering Manager to join our finance team in Jeddah. The role bridges Accounting and FP&A, ensuring accurate financial reporting while providing commercial insights that support strategic decisions and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board reports, and KPI packs.
• Coordinate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end reporting activities.
• Support statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and external audit processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Partner with business units to deliver financial insights, commercial analysis, and decision support.
• Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze project profitability, revenue performance, cost trends, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing reviews, contract evaluations, and profitability assessments.
• Monitor working capital performance, including cash flow, receivables, payables, and liquidity.
• Lead reporting automation and finance digitisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance ERP systems, reporting platforms, and data governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial governance, and statutory reporting.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience in large corporate, real‑estate, construction, infrastructure, or hospitality environments is a plus.

Required skills

• ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
• Reporting and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with finance transformation, reporting automation, or digital finance initiatives.
