Finance & Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

About the role

The Finance & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist will lead financial and revenue‑cycle activities for KAUST Health, ensuring accurate invoicing, insurance claim processing, and financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with health‑care operators, insurers, and finance teams to optimise cash flow and maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate healthcare invoices, quotations, and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage end‑to‑end RCM processes, including claim validation, submission, and monitoring of rejections, denials, and collections.
• Lead reconciliation of claims, payments, and accounts with healthcare operators and insurers.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and expenditure controls.
• Produce monthly financial, variance, revenue, and RCM performance reports for senior management.
• Track key financial and RCM KPIs, identify risks, and recommend revenue‑optimization actions.
• Coordinate with finance, health leadership, operators, and insurers to resolve financial and claim issues.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (preferred).
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience in healthcare finance, revenue‑cycle management, medical billing, and insurance claim processing.
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
