Financial Control Senior Manager

About the role

The Financial Control Senior Manager will lead post‑transaction financial audits, ensure data integrity across supplier invoices and project ledgers, and coordinate with external auditors. This senior position reports to senior management and supports the finance function of a real‑estate focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform overall post‑transaction financial audit and verification.
• Review supplier invoices, payments and validate data against contracts.
• Check project‑related ledgers and balance‑sheet schedules before consolidation into management reports.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory and international accounting standards.
• Monitor monthly management reports, flag inconsistencies and work with budgeting and reporting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in accounting; professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA) preferred.
• 7+ years of financial and management accounting experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.
• Experience in real‑estate or related industry and project accounting is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of international accounting standards.
