About the role
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist/Collector is responsible for all credit and collection activities across Saudi Arabia, including ageing analysis and cash flow management. The role supports the finance department in maintaining high integrity and effective credit management practices.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly statements for distributors, service accounts and private sales customers.
- Conduct regular follow‑up, allocate payments and discounts, and perform customer visits.
- Reconcile accounts, perform ageing financial analysis, and produce monthly forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for AR invoice allocation and contract renewals.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in credit or collections.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within Saudi Arabia.
Required skills
- Oracle (Cash Applier module).
- Credit supervisor applications.
