About the role

The Financial Controller will oversee financial planning, analysis, and management for a specific division, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall financial strategy. This role provides critical insights, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation guidance to support strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and sustainability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and recommend actions to improve margins and cost efficiency.
• Provide financial insights for pricing, investment, and operational decisions, including scenario modeling and business case development.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with audit, tax, and legal teams.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
