Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead internal and external financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, prepare sales reports for internal and group needs, and support trade and promotional investment analysis across products and customers. The role also contributes to month‑end closing, budget and forecast preparation, and audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the financial planning cycle, assist in annual budget preparation and continuously update forecasts.
• Manage monthly reporting activities, deliver accurate financial data, and analyze performance by brand, SKU, customer and business line.
• Conduct profitability and investment analysis for new products, customer initiatives and channel performance.
• Handle trade program accruals, prepare adjusting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and ensure alignment with local regulations and group standards.
• Monitor trade programs and customer/channel performance, identify variances and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage data, evaluate performance and support business decisions.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and month‑end closing processes.
