About the role
We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead financial consolidation and reporting for a diversified group with multiple subsidiaries. The role will be based in Jeddah and involves overseeing finance functions across the entire organization.
Key responsibilities
- Consolidate financial statements across multiple entities and ensure accurate group reporting.
- Manage budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, taxation, and financial controls at the group level.
- Oversee and review finance teams in various subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies.
- Handle intercompany transactions, eliminations, and coordinate group‑wide financial reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience at a Group/Holding Company level within diversified or conglomerate businesses.
- CPA qualification and strong practical knowledge of IFRS.
- Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
