Financial Crime Compliance Risk Manager

About the role
The Financial Crime Compliance Risk Manager will lead the bank's efforts to prevent money‑laundering, sanctions breaches and other financial crime risks. Reporting to senior compliance leadership, the role ensures that policies, controls and reporting mechanisms meet both internal standards and Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the FCC risk and control environment, tracking remediation and closure of identified issues.
- Set risk appetite and provide guidance to business lines on FCC policy interpretation.
- Coordinate and implement projects to improve financial crime risk management through more efficient systems and processes.
- Conduct bi‑annual FCC risk assessments (EWARA) covering AML, sanctions and anti‑bribery & corruption risks.
- Produce management information, concise reports and annual regulatory filings.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of FCC activities for compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in compliance, investigation or risk management.
