Financial Performance Specialist

About the role

The Financial Performance Specialist will monitor corporate financial performance in line with SATORP policies, ensuring data integrity and providing timely analysis to support strategic decisions. This role is central to budgeting, reporting, and cost‑control activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of all financial data and ensure accurate consolidation.
• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and business plans in coordination with department heads.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and board‑level financial reports and presentations.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes, templates, and reporting tools.
• Analyze variable and fixed costs, CAPEX, and departmental performance against plans.
• Establish, monitor and benchmark monthly KPIs for relevant activities.
• Challenge business lines on forecasts to drive cost reductions.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Management Accounting Section Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
