Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead the company's FP&A function, providing critical insight and governance for executive decision‑making. This role ensures the integrity of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while driving performance improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning targets with business assumptions and operational plans.
• Monitor and evaluate financial and operational performance through KPI tracking, variance and trend analysis, and benchmarking studies.
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models, forecasts, projections and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance with reporting standards, and coordinate audit activities.
• Manage reporting systems and data infrastructure to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial information.
• Prepare and deliver timely management reports, performance analyses and financial reporting packages for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead, develop and manage the Planning & Reporting team, fostering continuous capability growth.
• Promote compliance with environmental, health, safety and operational excellence requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 4 years leading FP&A activities.
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or CFA are preferred.
