Financial Planning & Strategy Lead - Academy

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a Financial Planning & Strategy Lead for its Academy division, based in Saudi Arabia. The role drives financial strategy, planning and performance management for the educational initiatives, coordinating the annual budget, tracking strategic initiatives for board-level reporting and managing risk and audit compliance. It also covers high-level project management for new initiatives, long-range revenue projections and oversight of the academy's policy and procedures framework.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce academy reports on program performance, cost-benefit analysis and revenue generation, with insights and recommendations.
• Lead the annual budget development with program managers and central operations.
• Develop multi-year revenue projections per program, monitor execution against targets and provide regular forecasts.
• Track and document strategic initiatives and present progress reports to the board and senior management.
• Monitor, track and manage the closure of risk and audit observations to ensure compliance.
• Produce the master event calendar and manage the annual calendar for key HR and finance cycles such as hiring, promotions and financial report submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and strategy, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven experience leading financial strategy development and implementation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel proficiency required.
