About the role
This full‑time on‑site position is based in Jeddah and focuses on overseeing daily construction activities. The Fit‑Out Foreman ensures safety compliance, supervises laborers, and coordinates work to keep projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and project plans.
- Produce work schedules and monitor crew attendance.
- Resolve on‑site problems promptly to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong supervisory and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant construction certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as a Foreman is mandatory.
Required skills
- Safe operation of construction equipment.
- Carpentry and general maintenance expertise.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and blueprints.
