Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer (Female Gym)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic female Fitness Coach to join our rapidly expanding wellness group in Riyadh. The role combines one‑on‑one personal training with energetic group classes, delivering a safe and motivating environment for members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized personal training programs.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and track client progress.
• Lead high‑energy group fitness classes.
• Ensure correct exercise technique and safe equipment usage.
• Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
• Build strong client relationships to improve retention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to support overall client success.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Fitness Coach or Personal Trainer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or a recognized Personal Training diploma.
• Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification.
