Fitness Coach + Personal Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer to join our team in Riyadh. You will work in a dynamic fitness facility, guiding clients of all levels toward their health and wellness objectives through customized training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans for diverse clients.
• Lead one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions, ensuring correct form and technique.
• Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey, providing accountability.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to maintain continuous improvement.
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise principles, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a clean, safe workout environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Stay current with fitness trends, research, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other professionals to design engaging group classes.
• Promote gym services to attract and retain members.
• Keep accurate records of sessions, progress, and payments.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• 2–3 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, program design, and fitness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
