Fitness Professional – Spa

About the role

Join Jumeirah The Red Sea as a Fitness Professional, delivering personalized and group fitness experiences within a luxury spa environment. You will work directly with guests to help them achieve their health and wellness goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs, including workout routines, assessments, and progress tracking.
• Lead group fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and strength training for guests of varying fitness levels.
• Provide one‑on‑one personal training sessions, offering expert guidance, motivation, and support.
• Maintain fitness equipment in good working order, perform regular cleaning, and report any issues to maintenance.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure guests use equipment correctly to prevent injuries.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a fitness professional or personal trainer in a gym, health club, or hotel setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of exercise science, training techniques, and guest safety practices.
• Guest‑focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering high‑quality personalized experiences.
• Professional, reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
