Fixed Assets Accountant

About the role

Americana Restaurants operates more than 766 restaurants across Saudi Arabia under leading global brands such as KFC, Hardee's, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays and Peet's Coffee. The Finance team is seeking a Saudi national Fixed Assets Accountant to support asset verification, lifecycle management and reporting from the Riyadh head office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to restaurants, warehouses and other locations to perform physical asset counts, verify condition and reconcile with accounting records.
• Manage the asset lifecycle, including handovers, new additions, inter‑branch transfers, and disposal of damaged or retired assets.
• Investigate asset variances, prepare variance reports, and ensure compliance with internal controls, VAT regulations and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Warehouse, Maintenance, Procurement, IT and Finance to keep the asset register up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience with fixed‑asset processes and classifications.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit requirements.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the Kingdom for field visits.
• Professional certification is a plus.
