Fleet Management Engineer (Saudi National)

About the role

Join the Regional Product Service Engineering team to support operation and maintenance of heavy‑duty gas turbines, aero turbines, compressors and related control systems. As a Product Service Engineer you will provide timely technical solutions and act as the liaison between field and design engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, applying sound engineering principles.
• Lead root‑cause analysis investigations for product technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to Baker Hughes leaders and customers.
• Travel to customer sites to support unplanned outages, technical review meetings and planned outage oversight.
• Partner with design engineering and suppliers to implement fleet‑program technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Control & Instrumentation or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years experience in design engineering, operation, maintenance or troubleshooting of heavy‑duty gas turbines and auxiliaries.
• Willingness to travel on short notice (20‑25% of the time) and be available for weekend emergency support.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship.
