Florist – Full‑Time Position in Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Florist to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves designing fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, special events, and corporate décor, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create a wide variety of floral arrangements for everyday orders, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
• Maintain the freshness, proper care, and attractive presentation of all flowers and plants.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal staff to deliver personalized and innovative designs.
• Manage inventory, oversee flower handling, storage procedures, and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold a professional appearance at all times.
• Assist with event set‑ups, installations, and corporate décor projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Florist or in a related creative field.
• Strong hands‑on skills in floral design and arrangement.
• High level of creativity, accuracy, and organizational ability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
• Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and seasonal varieties.
