Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a highly organized Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant to support the F&B department. The role involves assisting managers, supervisors and the culinary team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to F&B managers, supervisors and culinary teams.
• Assist the F&B Manager in preparing presentations and other deliverables.
• Print menus and operational documents for F&B services.
• Maintain efficient administrative processes for daily F&B operations.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and departments.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral communication skills in English.
• Must be a Saudi national able to work on‑site at Miraval The Red Sea.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
