Food Server - Café Boulud, Four Seasons Riyadh

About the role

Café Boulud, a contemporary French restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, is looking for a Food Server. The role is part of the hotel's Saudization initiative and is open exclusively to Saudi nationals. You will create a memorable dining experience for guests through attentive, personalized service and deep knowledge of the menu.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service in the Café Boulud restaurant.
• Guide guests through their dining experience and give thoughtful recommendations.
• Answer questions about the menu and beverage offerings.
• Develop a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and the stories behind each dish.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of food and beverage service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray and to process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Professional appearance and ability to work as part of a team.
