About the role
We are seeking a visionary founding Chief Operating Officer who will also act as Deputy CEO and Executive Director for Capital Markets & Private Investments. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence, shape growth strategy and ensure the organization delivers on productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Produce the annual operations forecasting report and define the strategic roadmap.
- Oversee and evaluate day‑to‑day operational activities across the business.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on thorough market research.
Required profile
- 10–15 years of executive‑level experience.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
