Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead cash management, banking relationships and debt financing for a paper manufacturing company in Jeddah. You will shape financial strategy, ensure liquidity and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management operations and optimise liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with banks in Saudi Arabia to secure favourable loan, credit and guarantee terms.
• Conduct cash‑flow forecasting and analysis to guide investment and financing decisions.
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, controls and risk‑mitigation procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Lead treasury‑technology projects and mentor junior treasury staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CTP, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience negotiating with banks and financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with treasury management systems.
• Strong financial modelling and cash‑flow forecasting abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of banking products, loans, credit facilities, letters of credit and guarantees.
