FP&A Director

About the role

The FP&A Director will lead financial planning and performance management for a large FMCG organisation based in Jeddah. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive the FP&A agenda, provide financial insights for strategic decisions, and ensure alignment between financial targets and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor financial targets across the business.
• Lead annual operating plan (AOP) development, forecasting and business reviews.
• Conduct capex reviews and investment analysis to support key decisions.
• Oversee performance tracking, target setting and financial performance management.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Strengthen financial planning, forecasting and business review processes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong FP&A background within the FMCG sector.
• Proven expertise in AOP, forecasting, business reviews and capex analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to set targets, track performance and manage financial performance.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
