FP&A Manager - META Region

About the role

Clarios, a global leader in low-voltage battery technologies for mobility, is looking for an FP&A Manager for its META region based in Riyadh. The role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for a business unit being built from the ground up, working closely with regional leadership to turn strategy into actionable financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range financial planning for the META region
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess performance, investments and growth scenarios
• Analyse regional financial results and identify drivers, risks and opportunities
• Act as a finance partner to regional leadership, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, supporting business initiatives, pricing and investment proposals
• Help shape the regional operating model, including cost center structures
• Own monthly management reporting, executive dashboards and KPI tracking
• Drive use of financial planning and consolidation systems such as SAP and OneStream, and improve reporting tools and templates
• Support compliance with financial policies, internal controls and audits, monitor budget adherence and help set up financial governance for new legal entities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA or similar is an advantage
• 5+ years in FP&A, Controlling or a related finance function
• Multinational, manufacturing, industrial or automotive experience preferred; exposure to start-ups, integrations or greenfield operations is a strong advantage
• Fluent English; up to 25% regional travel required
