Freelance Mobile App Developer – iOS & Android

About the role

Mindrift is seeking experienced freelance mobile developers to work on the Tendem project, building native and cross‑platform iOS and Android applications. This part‑time remote position allows you to apply your mobile engineering expertise while collaborating with AI‑assisted agents that handle repetitive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship mobile apps using React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
• Create responsive UIs that follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Integrate native device features such as camera, push notifications, location, storage, and biometrics.
• Connect apps to backend APIs, manage offline state, caching, and data synchronization.
• Implement monetization options like in‑app purchases, ads, and subscriptions.
• Review AI‑generated code, refactor for performance, battery efficiency, and maintainability.
• Debug platform‑specific issues and prepare builds for TestFlight and Google Play Console.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional mobile app development experience.
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific UI/UX patterns and performance best practices.
• Ability to work independently and deliver production‑ready code.
