Senior HRSD Solution Architect

About the role

The Senior HRSD Solution Architect will lead the design and governance of end‑to‑end Human Resources Service Delivery solutions across the organization. This senior technology leadership position combines deep HR domain knowledge with ServiceNow expertise to ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end technical architecture for HRSD initiatives and major enhancements.
• Define current‑state, target‑state, and transition architectures for HR service delivery.
• Lead architecture decisions for ServiceNow HRSD and related HR technology platforms.
• Design integration strategies between HRSD, HRIS, payroll, identity management, and other enterprise systems.
• Establish technical standards, reusable patterns, and governance principles.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project and delivery teams, reviewing and approving designs and implementations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, self‑service, AI, and digital transformation within HR service delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR domain and ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
• Proven ability to define and govern solution architecture, integration, and security across large enterprises.
• Strong technical leadership skills with a hands‑on approach to resolve complex architectural issues.
