Freelance Senior Graphic Designer (3-Month Contract)

About the role

Code Ninja seeks a highly creative Freelance Senior Graphic Designer for a three‑month engagement. You will raise the quality, consistency, and presentation of brand and marketing materials across internal and external communications, and leave behind a scalable design system and reusable assets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine existing brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of typography, colour, imagery, icons and layouts.
• Build a library of editable corporate and marketing templates (PowerPoint, internal communications, event invitations, infographics, etc.) that are easy for non‑designers to use.
• Create a reusable social‑media design system for LinkedIn, X and Instagram covering announcements, thought leadership, product showcases and employee highlights.
• Redesign the corporate portfolio with stronger visual hierarchy, storytelling and case‑study layouts.
• Design flexible newsletter and email templates for corporate, internal and product updates.
• Produce short‑form corporate videos and motion‑graphics assets, and assemble a reusable video toolkit.
• Design digital screen assets such as wallpapers, digital signage and Teams backgrounds.
• Deliver a complete Marketing & Brand Design Toolkit with organized source files and clear naming conventions.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio in corporate branding and marketing design (portfolio link required).
• Experience with corporate, technology, financial services or professional‑services brands.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and follow approval processes.
• Commitment to confidentiality and hand‑over of all editable source files at project end.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Microsoft PowerPoint design expertise.
