Freelance US Corporate Attorney – AI Training

About the role

We are looking for a US‑qualified corporate attorney to join our AI training projects on a freelance basis. You will work remotely, helping to test, evaluate and improve AI systems that generate legal content.

Key responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI models on corporate law topics.
• Evaluate AI‑generated answers for correctness, underlying assumptions and logical consistency.
• Refine AI reasoning to align with first‑principles and accepted legal standards.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi‑step problem‑solving performance.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LLM, etc.) obtained in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years of practice in US corporate law.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
