About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Nujuma, a Ritz‑Carlton Reserve on the Red Sea. You will create memorable, personalized experiences from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process reservations, payments, and billing accurately using the property’s systems.
- Maintain the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflects the luxury ambiance.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and deliver daily reports, logs, and hand‑overs for the night shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior hospitality experience required; enthusiasm for guest service is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb throughout the shift.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and adherence to company policies.
