Front Office Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is a premium wellness resort on Shura Island, part of the Red Sea Project. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk, Bell Services, Guest Transportation, and Communications Centre, ensuring seamless guest experiences in line with Hyatt International’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office department, maintaining high service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate Front Desk, Bell Services, Guest Transportation, and Communications Centre activities.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with personalized, innovative solutions.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop Front Office team members.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure all administrative functions comply with hotel and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent situational awareness.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop teams.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Saudi national.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Front Office management systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools for performance tracking.
