About the role
The Receptionist & Admin Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees at the Riyadh branch. You will ensure a professional front‑office experience while supporting day‑to‑day administrative and facilities operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage access according to security procedures.
- Answer, screen and forward calls, handle inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
- Maintain the reception area, manage mail, courier services and visitor logs.
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities, utilities, maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Support office relocations, tenancy and license renewals, and ensure health, safety and security compliance.
- Arrange meeting rooms, manage branch calendars and perform general admin tasks such as filing and record keeping.
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, workstation setup, access cards and travel arrangements.
- Collect attendance and overtime data for payroll and HR reporting.
- Provide logistical support, KPI tracking and vendor communication for branch operations.
Required profile
- Professional appearance with strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Basic knowledge of facility and vendor management processes.
