Frontend Developer – Lead Architecture

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who will lead the architecture of complex, production‑grade web applications. The role focuses on building scalable, maintainable UIs that integrate with distributed back‑ends and real‑time services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable web applications.
• Define and lead architecture for state management, data fetching, and rendering performance.
• Build real‑time user interfaces using WebSockets, Server‑Sent Events and streaming APIs.
• Improve application performance, reliability, error handling and observability.
• Debug complex browser, performance and real‑time issues.
• Define API contracts and resilient integration patterns with backend teams.
• Drive frontend standards including testing, code quality and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Extensive frontend experience at production scale.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, state management and rendering performance.
• Experience with asynchronous data flows and real‑time UI patterns.
• Production mindset focused on reliability, observability and maintainability.
• Advanced browser‑tooling and debugging skills.
• Experience with automation testing for frontend (e.g., Playwright).
