Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the role

Join Amazon Operations as a Fulfillment Center Supervisor, leading a shift in a first‑mile, middle‑mile, or final‑mile facility. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality order processing while supporting a dynamic team of associates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train associates to deliver top‑level service for customers.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline managers and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions and other departments to resolve performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges, driving innovation and process optimization.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience managing medium to large teams.
• Experience using data analysis to make informed decisions.
• Engaging, innovative, supportive, and problem‑solving attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
