Full Stack Developer - PHP Laravel + Flutter

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale secure, high‑performance mobile and backend applications for our fintech platform. You will own the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, from database design to mobile deployment, and help shape the technical direction of the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using PHP and Laravel.
• Create and iterate cross‑platform mobile apps with Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Design, optimise, and tune MySQL databases.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and third‑party systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver production‑ready features.
• Implement authentication, security best practices, and ensure compliance.
• Manage app releases on the App Store and Google Play, including versioning and updates.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical planning.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PHP Laravel in production environments.
• 2+ years of Flutter development with apps published on App Store and/or Google Play.
• Strong MySQL design and performance‑tuning skills.
• Proven ability to deliver full‑stack applications independently and within a team.
• Understanding of RESTful API integration, authentication, and scalable architecture.
• Fintech, lending, or SaaS experience is a plus.
