Full-Stack Web Developer (On-site, Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Full‑Stack Web Developer to lead the creation of a modern business platform and internal operations system in Riyadh. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable, production‑grade web applications that support dashboards, workflows, user access, and document handling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable web applications.
• Implement dashboards, structured workflows, user access management, and document handling features.
• Build backend processes, database architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Prepare cloud‑ready deployments and contribute to overall system architecture, scalability, and security.

Required profile

• Strong experience with React, Next.js or similar front‑end frameworks.
• Backend development experience using Node.js, Python or equivalent.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL or comparable databases.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, permissions and role‑based access control.
• Familiarity with file upload, document handling and data management.
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows and version control.
• Knowledge of hosting, server, cloud environments and deployment processes; Google Cloud experience is a plus.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving and code‑optimization skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in insurance, fintech, SaaS, ERP, CRM or business platforms is advantageous.
