Functional Analyst (PM | SAP IS-Oil)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a skilled and experienced Functional Analyst for SAP IS-Oil (Plant Maintenance) to support the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP solutions in the oil and gas domain. The role acts as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning business requirements into SAP functionalities. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business users and turn them into functional specifications.
• Analyse business processes and map them to SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM functions.
• Lead and support the implementation of SAP IS-Oil solutions, integrating with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide post go-live support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and enhancements.
• Handle day-to-day user queries and system issues with minimal disruption to operations.
• Prepare functional specification documents and work with technical teams on customised solutions.
• Deliver end-user training for different business roles.
• Mentor and train junior consultants.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate modules such as MM, SD and FI/CO.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Proven experience in full-lifecycle SAP implementations (at least 1-2 end-to-end projects preferred).
• Oil and gas project experience is highly desirable.
• Post go-live support and enhancement project experience.
